The psychological operations of hostile Persian‑language media, such as BBC Persian, Iran International, and Amade News, are designed to weaken national beliefs, undermine the position of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, and create a rift between the nation and the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This applied study was conducted using a descriptive‑survey method. Data were collected through a localized standard questionnaire from 137 experts in soft war and media at the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) in Tehran. Content analysis of 200 media samples revealed that rumor‑spreading (45%), distortion of statements (35%), and character assassination (20%) are the main techniques employed by these media. The results of the T‑test and Delphi analysis indicate the limited impact of these operations in the short term and their failure in the long term, owing to the nation's deep bond with the Guardianship of the Jurist. The proposed indigenous model, with its emphasis on planning, content production, promotion of media literacy, and knowledge management, provides operational solutions for IRIB. This model can neutralize the threats of psychological warfare by strengthening national cohesion
