The national media, as the effective media of the government, plays an irreplaceable role in the growth and promotion of popular culture. Therefore, the components that can increase the effectiveness of the production content of this media should be given the attention of the policy makers of that organization and demanded by those concerned in the country's culture field in the second step of the revolution. In order to identify the factors affecting content production, it is necessary to pay attention to the capacities and capabilities and organizational issues on the one hand and pay attention to the desired horizon of the Islamic Revolution on the other hand. Since, according to the constitution, the appointment of the head of the National Media Organization is the responsibility of the leader of the Islamic Revolution, and he has enough nobility regarding the capacities of the organization and the horizon of the revolution, so the movement of the organization's productions should be based on his thinking. Explaining the conceptual network of the effectiveness components of national media productions based on the thought of the leader of the revolution can guide organizational changes to the desired direction in the second step of the revolution, and organizational managers can base their future decisions on the basis of his thought. Therefore, this research aims to explain the effective components of national media productions by analyzing the content of the revolutionary leader's statements about the broadcasting organization. The findings of this research show that in his intellectual system, effective production requires the use of a set of components that can be divided into five overarching themes: provision and use of appropriate human resources, attention to normative work principles, effective administrative system, active extra-organizational interactions and pursuit of values. and social environment ideology. Planning for the realization of these components leads to improvement and improvement of national media productions.
