The realization of the cultural and educational ideals of the Islamic Revolution, educational planning and drawing a comprehensive model of the education system depend on the recognition of human educational needs. If human needs are not properly recognized and met, the true health and excellence of man will not be realized. Therefore, the current research aims to explain the educational needs of human beings according to the Islamic Revolution from the perspective of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution (Madazla Al-Ali) and by using the method of theme network and theme analysis, it has investigated this issue. The findings of the research show that the human characteristics of the Islamic Revolution include characteristics that are placed in the form of religious, religious and moral education and include religious beliefs and actions, moral characteristics and moral behaviors (relative to others) and are completely in line with educational needs. From the perspective of the supreme leader of the revolution; Faith in the heart of worship (servitude), cultivation, piety, trust, divine motivation, religiosity and religiosity under the element of faith, the driving engine of educational needs, pressures such as fulfilling obligations and abandoning taboos, the pathfinder and direction of this education and needs such as righteous actions, self-control, self-knowledge, enemy recognition, self-esteem, patience, gratitude, charity, avoiding harming others and serving others, which include acquiring virtues and avoiding moral vices, are the means of educational needs and, in fact, moral education.
