Geopolitical developments in West Asia in recent years have transformed the structure of power and regional agency with increasing momentum. The formation of new alliances and rivalries, shifts in energy and trade transit routes, and the increased weight of economic components in strategic equations have presented regional countries with complex challenges. Amidst these shifts, the central question is: what is the strategic approach of Ayatollah Khamenei toward these developments, and what components can be proposed as an effective model for managing these complex trends? The research hypothesis is based on the premise that this approach is grounded in a combination of active resistance, intelligent engagement and discourse-building, strengthening economic infrastructure, and creating new networks of regional convergence. Content analysis of Ayatollah Khamenei’s statements and positions reveals that highlighting Islamic-Revolutionary identity, supporting regional alliances, combining defensive power with economic diplomacy, and focusing on technology and knowledge-based economies constitute the key pillars of this strategy. The research findings confirm that the model drawn from these components is not only capable of dynamic and comprehensive management of geopolitical changes but can also strengthen the regional position of the Islamic Republic of Iran within the new order by linking hard and soft capabilities
