Undoubtedly, the alignment of material manifestations and also epistemological dimensions as aspects of civilization with the inherent concepts of the religion of Islam is considered one of the most important indicators of Islamic civilization. Accordingly, and unlike other civilizations, studies in the field of Islamic civilization would not be possible without paying attention to the role of the religious guardianship system. 
Therefore, the present study, which has been conducted using a descriptive-analytical method, seeks to answer this main question: with what argument should the necessity of relying on the religious guardianship system be emphasized and examined as an effective strategy in recovering the components of Islamic civilization? 
Referring to divine verses and library sources, the results show; religious guardianship, as the strongest principles of the thinking of an Islamic nation, is considered one of the main strategies in recovering the components of Islamic civilization, along with strengthening the monotheistic attitude and drawing a religious orientation.Furthermore, it is by relying on the religious guardianship that practical unity and theoretical convergence in the Islamic Ummah are realized. Also, by institutionalizing the spirit of legalism, which is a result of the guardianship-based vision, the grounds for implementing divine laws are prepared, and as a result of these civilization-building components, the aspects of Islamic civilization will be strengthened and flourished
