One of the most important issues that has attracted the attention of many cultural policymakers today is Islamic education. Imam Khamenei emphasizes that virtual space, along with its advantages, also has disadvantages that managers and cultural officials should pay special attention to. What is Islam from Imam Khamenei's point of view? Using the method of theme analysis, the researchers conceptualized the data obtained from Imam Khamenei's speeches and based on these concepts, the primary themes include change of thoughts, change of taste, isolation, privacy, reduction of psychological security, spying, Curiosity, demoralization, distortion, dimming of Islamic values and distortion of Islamic culture were counted. Then the organizing themes including behavior change, orientation change, moving away from the family environment, isolation and loneliness, investigation, lack of immunity, exploring, psychological warfare, discrediting motives, transformation of culture and promotion of western culture were obtained. . Finally, five factors of change in lifestyle, dimming of the role of the family, jeopardizing privacy, security risks and the institutionalization of western culture values were extracted by combining and integrating the universal themes
